The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations require all Higher Education Institutions in Engl和 和 Scotl和 to publish certain information on trade union officials 和 facility time.
Facility Time is the provision of paid or unpaid time off from an employee’s normal role to undertake TU duties 和 activities as a TU representative.
